What to Expect

Day 1 : Arrive in Delhi (Check-in at 12:00 PM)
- Upon your arrival at Indira Gandhi International Airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with your transfer to the hotel.
- In the afternoon, embark on a sightseeing tour of Old Delhi.
- Visit the Jama Masjid, take a drive past the Red Fort, and visit Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated.
- Experience the hustle and bustle of Old Delhi with a rickshaw ride.
- Next, visit the Gurudwara Shri Bangla Sahib (Sikh Temple), one of the holiest pilgrimage sites for the Sikh community in India. This site was once a residence for Guru Hari Krishan, the eighth Sikh Guru, during his visit to Delhi in 1664. The Gurudwara now stands as a monument to the Guru’s memory and welcomes thousands of visitors every day.

Day 2 : Delhi – Amritsar (Train)
- After breakfast, you will be transferred to the railway station to board the Swarna Shatabdi Express (Train No. 12029). The train departs from Delhi at 07:20 AM and arrives in Amritsar at 1:35 PM (AC chair car class).
- Upon arrival, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel.
- Amritsar is home to the magnificent Golden Temple, the spiritual heart of Sikhism. This iconic temple, with its golden domes reflected in the shimmering water of the surrounding pool, offers a serene and spiritual atmosphere.
- In the evening, visit the Golden Temple for a memorable experience.
- Overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 3 : Amritsar
- After breakfast, enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Amritsar. Visit the Golden Temple, the spiritual center of Sikhism, established by Guru Arjan in the late 16th century. Explore the Akal Takht, the highest political institution of the Sikhs.
- Pay a visit to Jallianwala Bagh, the site of the tragic massacre of 1919. You will also visit the Wagah Border to witness the spectacular Border Retreat Ceremony between India and Pakistan.
- Overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 4 : Amritsar – Dharamshala (195 km / Approx. 4 hours drive)
- After breakfast, drive to Dharamshala, beautifully situated on the slopes of the Dhauladhar range.
- The town rises from 1250 m to 2000 m in altitude and offers scenic views of the snow-capped peaks.
- Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 5 : Dharamshala
- After breakfast, explore McLeod Ganj, a suburb often referred to as 'Little Lhasa' because it is the home of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetan Government in Exile.
- Visit Namgyal Monastery, the main center for monks’ training, and the Tibetan Village School. Learn about Tibetan culture and history while strolling through this peaceful settlement.
- Overnight stay in Dharamshala.

Day 6 : Dharamshala – Shimla (239 km / Approx. 5 hours drive)
- After breakfast, drive to Shimla.
- Upon arrival, check into your hotel, and later explore the town's famous landmarks, including the Shimla Mosque (built in 1830), ViceRegal Lodge, Christ Church (1844), Gaiety Theatre, Scandal Point, Kaali Baari Temple, and Jakhoo Temple.
- The evening is free for shopping at the famous Mall Road.
- Overnight stay in Shimla.

Day 7 : Shimla – Kufri – Shimla
- After breakfast, take an excursion to Kufri, a popular hill station near Shimla.
- Visit the Himalayan National Park, enjoy a pony and yak ride, and take in panoramic views of the surrounding Himalayan range. You can also visit Chail, which boasts the world’s highest cricket ground.
- Evening at leisure.

Day 8 : Shimla – Rishikesh (275 km / Approx. 6 hours drive)
- After breakfast, drive to Rishikesh, a town renowned for its religious significance and connection to yoga. Situated on the banks of the Ganges, Rishikesh is a haven for spiritual seekers and travelers alike.
- Overnight stay in Rishikesh.

Day 9 : Rishikesh – Haridwar – Rishikesh
- In Rishikesh, visit the Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula, the iconic suspension bridges over the Ganges. Explore the numerous ashrams and temples that dot the town.
- Later, drive to Haridwar, a significant pilgrimage destination, and visit Har Ki Pauri, a sacred ghat where the famous Ganga Aarti is performed every evening.
- Explore the Mansa Devi Temple located atop a hill.
- Return to Rishikesh for an overnight stay.

Day 10 : Rishikesh – Delhi (235 km / Approx. 5 hours drive)
- After breakfast, drive back to Delhi.
- En route, pass by India Gate and Rashtrapati Bhawan (Presidential Residence).
- Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.

Day 11 : Delhi – Varanasi (Flight)
- After breakfast, head to the airport for your flight to Varanasi.
- Upon arrival in Varanasi, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel.
- Varanasi is one of India’s most important pilgrimage sites and is known for its ghats along the Ganges, the heart of spiritual life in the city.
- In the evening, attend the Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat.
- Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 12 : Varanasi
- Early morning, enjoy a boat ride on the Ganges River during sunrise.
- Watch as pilgrims perform rituals, offering prayers and bathing in the holy river.
- Afterward, visit the Banaras Hindu University and its museum, Bharat Kala Bhavan, which houses impressive collections of Mughal miniatures and textiles.
- In the afternoon, visit Sarnath, where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon, and explore the ancient stupas and ruins.
- Overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 13 : Varanasi – Delhi (Flight)
- After a morning at leisure, transfer to the airport for your flight back to Delhi.
